Shipping Policy
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped. All orders are sent via USPS and UPS from St. Louis, MO. If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be sent via USPS Ground Shipping.
Local Delivery
Ivory Raine delivers Monday through Saturday from 9:00am-4:00pm. Any orders placed at or after 4:00pm will be delivered the next day (excluding Sunday). We currently deliver within a 5-mile radius of the area code 63112.
Free shipping on orders $80+ only applies to USPS or UPS mail.
Shipping Rate
USPS/UPS shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.
USPS Priority transit times typically deliver within 2-3 business days depending on your location. Due to the impact of COVID-19, your package delivery may be delayed.
Wrong Address
Immediately email us at CustomerService@ivoryraine.com once you discover the wrong address has been provided. If your package was already shipped, please submit a request to Intercept a USPS Package or UPS Delivery Intercept.
If your package is marked as "return to sender" or "undeliverable," you are responsible for shipping cost associated with resending the package.
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address that was provided by the customer.
Lost/Stolen
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once they've been scanned by USPS. Sometimes packages are marked as "Delivered" prematurely. Please allow 1-2 business days for your package to be delivered.
If your package is lost, please submit a Missing Mail Search with USPS.
If your package is stolen, please file a Mail Theft Report with USPS.
If your package is lost, stolen, etc, please File a Claim with UPS.
Damaged Package
Since our packages are shipped via USPS and UPS, they are insured. Please email CustomerService@ivoryraine.com with your order number and proof of damage. Once submitted, we'll file a claim to USPS to replace your damaged items.
