Shipping & Returns

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped. All orders are sent via USPS from St. Louis, MO. If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping Rate

USPS shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.

USPS Priority transit times typically deliver within 2-3 business days depending on your location. Due to the impact of COVID-19, your package delivery may be delayed. 


Wrong Address

Immediately email us at once you discover the wrong address has been provided. If your package was already shipped, please submit a request to Intercept a USPS Package.

If your package is marked as "return to sender" or "undeliverable," you are responsible for shipping cost associated with resending the package.

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address that was provided by the customer.  



All orders are insured by Route Insurance unless you have opted out of shipping insurance.

If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, please file a claim with Route Insurance by entering your email and order number.



We have a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If items are not returned in its original packaging, the customer will be responsible for any loss in value. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like discontinued items, gift cards and sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
